4) Submitted by Aaron, from Stow, MA on 3/24/2011 Customer Rating: I am restoring an old ice box and the decision to reuse the orignal hardware or replace it was a tough one. Sadly, the hinges in this set were to wiggly for me and the parts were very loose. The handles and everything just didn't feel sturdy enough. I ended up using some 000 steel wool and cleaning up the old hardware. Too bad cause I think the clean look of the brass would have been great. I ended up returning them. All that said, if I was building without existing hardware, this would have served the purpose well.
