I was able to drive the screws easily without pilot holes and using only one hand on deep cabinets. I saw no need to cover the screw heads.

I have tried many different types of screws for attaching wall cabinets. The 2.5" power head #8 wood screws are the best screws I have used. They actually do what they say. The heads countersink themselves, and the 9/16" sticky back circles fit nicely for a good quick solution to unsightly screw heads.
