Great sound, comfortable to wear, pulls in stations 30 miles away clear local stations. I'm happy with my purchase, use them in my yard work while mowing.

No problems with reception or MP3, I use them everyday for 6-10 hours. This is my 3rd pair digital are about a year old. All three pairs after a year the electrical connection between the batteries and the recievers shorts out, and therefore cause the radio to go out, with the digital model I can still use the MP3 player. May look at other options before I replace these.

This the second Worktunes unit I have had and they have improved them greatly. My old Worktunes had difficulty picking up stations and would not work with my iPod unless the power was turned on using batteries. It wasn't long before the radio died completely and even the iPod quit working. The new Worktunes works great. The radio is easy to tune and picks up even weaker stations. It also works with the iPod with the power off saving batteries. I am happy with it.

Much better than an earlier model. I like the preset feature and the digital readout. Very user friendly good sound quality.

Being that I don't know where some of these people are using there worktunes headgear, I can only speak for myself and my situation. I work on a military base where military and civilian aircraft use the same runway. I mow lawns there so I have to keep my eyes and ears open at all times. I occassionally get static or interfearence from the tower or planes, but other than that I am quite happy with my worktunes. I also use them at home mowing 5 acres of lawn.

Good hearing protection with a "next to worthless" radio turner. I live on a hillside with visual contact with radio towers on the other side of Portland. For another dollar in electronic components, Peltor could have provided a usable tuner. I decided not to return the WorkTunes because the hearing protection is adequate and the costs of returning are substantial. As someone else commented, "great idea, poor execution"
