This workbench is solid maple and very heavy. As an afterthought, I decided to add the levelers after reading the reviews. It was built for my son-in-law, and I wasn't sure how level his basement floor was. Glad I did! The floor had almost a one inch drop from one end of the bench to the other. The levelers worked great and now he has a perfectly level bench. I would definitely recommend this product.

I built my own cabinet saw and outfeed extension base. I used 6 of these levelers on the frame to support the saw off the large casters I used. The levelers supported the saw very nicely. They allowed me to level the saw because my garage floor is sloped.
All in all, great quality parts for the price paid. I am ordering another package to have on stand by for any other projects.

Used these to support and level a raised pedestal for front loader washing machine. Worked fine. An option for rubber glide caps rather than plastic would be an improvement because out-of-balance loads still cause some shifting of the pedestal. Pay attention to the metric M10 thread size when buying lock nuts. These are not always easy to find at the home center.

I have used these for many projects. Most recently, I created what I refer to as "Landing Gear" for my very heavy workbench. I also bought the wheels from Rockler. When I need to move the bench, I deploy the wheels and push it where it needs to be. When the bench is where I want it, I raise the wheels and allow the leg levelers to adapt to the terrain and bare all the weight and abuse.

Put 4 of these on a very, very heavy bench. In the neighborhood of 2,000#. They have worked excellent for the last 2yrs. I've used a 5mm allen wrench chucked up in a corless drill for fast leveling when the bench is moved. It goes up and down very easily for the weight it is moving.

I used these on a computer desk I built. The floor is a natural slate, so it is very uneven. I used them to not only level, but also balance on different hight slates. They work great!

Easy to install and works great. If attaching to hardwood, pre-drill the mounting holes to avoid damaging the included phillips fasteners.

I bought the levelers for a pair of purchased desks.
The adjustment in the top of the bolt is acceptable, but when a desk is loaded down, trying to get to the top for adjustment is difficult. The problem is that the round base turns freely. A more convenient method for turning the bolt would be some type of nut built onto the bolt above the base so that an open-ended wrench could be used.

Put three utility cabinets in my basement with levelers that had nylon components. After awhile the weight of stored items caused the nylon to fail making the drawers & doors out of kilter. Wish I'd installed these levelers in the first place. They are built to take it.

I ordered a set of these to help level a large adjustable, mobile table stand I had built out of standard 2x4's. I wanted to make this project easier to level. These are very well built and did an excellent job.

I ordered a set of these to add to an over-sized (offset) router table stand I had built out of standard 2x4's. After making a similar workbench, I wanted to make this project easier to level. These are very solidly built--they even contain tiny metal dovetails. It is a bit pricey, but I guess that you get what you pay for.

I get some water in my basement occasionally and I wanted to protect the legs of my expensive woodworkers bench. The levelers were easy to install and adjust and since they are rated at 600 lbs the bench has plenty of support and is very stable. Better than expected.

The levelers worked well for a client project that weight in at 200# per unit I built for under bed storage drawers. The only problem I had was with the plastic protectors at the base which didn't seem to want to stay on. I would recommend these for any application the requires carrying a heavy weight.

The lifting lever is perfect! We built a heavy-duty oak table out of wood from a tree on our property. Our problem was that, because our floors are made of mexican paver tiles, the table was a little rocky wherever we placed it. We put a lifting lever on one leg and voila! With a few turns of the allen wrench we can make it perfectly stable. Thanks.

These worked great. I have an old house with EXTREMELY uneven floors and shims were just not cutting it. These installed quickly, worked well and I am completely satisfied. Also, I recieved them within just a couple of days after I ordered them. It was one of the fastest orders I ever had delivered.
Thank you!!

Did exactly what I needed, great product and price. Lining up the holes for the allen wrench is really easy if you have a laser level: Temporarily mount the hardware in place, set your level for vertical and line it up with the center of the threaded "leg" and mark the line directly below. Start again from another angle a mark the line below again; now you have the exact point for a 3/8" hole.

Good lift; good price.
Get some 3/8 to 1/2 insert fittings to slip over the stud to guide the allen wrench right into the allen socket.

Two problems - First, I stripped the recessed hex head. Also, and I needed more height so I swapped the threaded rod and foot for a carriage bolt, but it isn't 3/8", it is metric.

I bought a mobile machine base for my bandsaw and even though it had lockable wheels I needed a way to make sure it was level and steady. I was unable to find anything locally to do this. This product really fit the bill. I did add a locknut to the leveler before mounting them on the mobile base. Works great!

I am building a extension table to fit around my table saw which will also have shelf storage. I purchased these levelers because of the adjustment method. I found installing them easy as I waited until I had the levelers in hand before planning the height of the bottom shelf. I allowed 3 " from the bottom of the lower shelf to the bottom of the side panels. Then all you had to do is screw the leveler to its lowest point and when you hold the flang of the leveler to the bottom of the side panel the top of the adjustment rod will touch the bottom of your shelf. Take a pencill and draw around the rod and voila there is the location to drill your hole. They work great and I will purchase more for other projects.

These levelers are great!! I used them to leel my kitchen cabinets which are on a very unlevel concrete floor. Although they take some time to put in, they made the job of leveling and installing the cabinets much easier.I liked them so much, I bought more to finish the job. The only issue is getting the holes for the allen wrench correctly lined up. With a little patience, they work great. Great construction also!!

I recently ordered a set of these for a new workbench I've built. They are solidly built, easy to attach, easy to adjust, and they actually work just fine for my application. My only real complaint is that the leveler shafts could really benefit from a lock nut. This may not be an issue for your particular application, in which case, pretend I gave this product five stars. For me however, I've also added a set of Rockler workbench casters so I can easily roll my bench out of the way when I need to. The trouble is, once the leveler pads are off the floor, they tend to readjust themselves as the bench rattles around moving from one position to another. It's a minor annoyance I can fix myself with a little work. I'm just kind of whiny that I have to. Even so, I am not disappointed with this product, and, if I were starting again today, these are the levelers I would order.

These things are great...I used them on a turtle tank/aquarium stand. There is a need for the stand to be level and to support upwards of 450 pounds, and the allen screw adjustment allows you to adjust the leveler while weight is on them.
