I am using the ruler to center mortise cuts on 8"X8" posts for a timber frame project I am working on. It is working perfectly and appears to be well built. It could have been a bit stiffer, but I don't sure it would work any better if it was. It is doing exactly what I needed it to do. Quick centers and easy to use. Good Buy for me!
