High quality product. Well made with smooth operation. I installed these slides 5 sets in a pantry cabinet and my client is in love with them. I do agree that the instructions leave something to be desired hence a 4 star and not a 5 star rating. For example, the downloadable instructions said to "install the front locking devices to the bottom of the drawer as shown" but the "as shown" was no help at all. The rest of the instructions, including cutouts at the back of the drawer, were reasonable but could be improved for first time users like me. The instructions on the Blum website were no better and did not mention the locking devised at all. Overall I would definitely recommend them if you can afford the 1/2" clearance required under the drawer bottom.

Great slides, Auto close works great, Shipping from rocker had damage on the drawer front adjuster due to the packing method. I recommend this product for normal to heavy use.

Very strong supports and smooth operation. Instructions that came with the slides are a bit cryptic, but the 562H Datasheet that is available for download from the "More Info" tab provided additional helpful information. I would use them again.

These slides are well worth the money. I used them on a three drawer dresser for a nursery. They operate very nice and smooth and the drawers look great with the slides underneath. The required clearance beneath the drawer is a slight draw back. I will use these slides again.

The slides appear to be very well made but I returned them due to the fact that the depth required under the drawer was to much and I didn't want to lose all that drawer space. I would use them on another project but would plan ahead for the required depth under the drawer.

These drawer slides appear to be very well made, and the mechanism seems to glide very well.
But after receiving them, I decided to NOT use them, and returned them.
I was impressed by the catalog info that indicated a minimum amount of side clearance. However, the DEPTH of the drawers was more of a limitation on my bathroom vanity project than the width of the drawers, and after receiving them I found that the glide mechanism required a 9/16" clearance beneath the drawer sides, PLUS a 1/2" clearance to the drawer bottom, for an overall loss of 1-1/16" of space to the depth of the drawer.
Just something to keep in mind when ordering these glides.

Product works well, but is bulky. Needs much better installation instructions. I was using it for a different application and had no idea that, unlike other drawer guides, this one could not be separated into the usual two halves. This presented a problem for me. I am normally very satisfied with your products. Keep up the good work.

The Blum Tandem No Profile 18' Full Extension Slides seem to be very good quality. I purchased them to do a repair. However they are larger than other slides and would not fit in the designated area. There was a pre-existing electrical box I was not able to move without extensive additional labor, materials, and expense. The “directions” are horrendous!
I would plan on using these slides in new work. I believe they would be quite satisfactory.

The hardware provided, attaching screws, would pull through the mounting holes. Worst product ever used by Blum. Would not recommend to anyone, even someone I didn't like.

I used this slide to fix a computer desk drawer that holds a keyboard. It was very easy to install and it works better than the original (supports my cat as well). My only criticism is that the instructions could be better.
