48'' Universal T-Track with Hold-Down Clamps

This combo package includes a 48'' length of our new anodized aluminum Universal T-track, plus two hold down clamps (each including one hold down, one 3'' T-bolt, and one 5-star knob). Additional hold downs are available separately below. This kit makes a great addition to our Drill Press Table!

Technical Details: Hold down clamps accommodate material up to 2-1/2'' thick. Universal T-Track features a unique, stacked-groove design that accommodates 1/4'' T-bolts, 5/16'' Hex-bolts, and 1/4'' Hex-bolts, allowing you to attach a wide range of accessories. Aluminum T-track is easy to cut to length. Star knobs hold clamps firmly in position. 4) Submitted by Gary from TX on 10/1/2009 Customer Rating: Made a universal hold down drill press table. Also bought the upgraded hold down clamps, but the kit ones are fine. Added more track and put it behind the fence on the radial arm saw, can use the hold down clamps or the toggle clamps that have been mounted and fitted to the track. My old (1969) Craftsman radial arm saw doean't have a good safety shield, so clamps rather than fingers are a safety improvement. An easy to set up hold down will be used, one that takes more effort, tends not to get used. I will use this set up.

I would give them 5 stars with the addition of a cover (plastic or rubber) over the ends of the clamp. It was easy to put slight dents on my stock because of the bare metal ends. I used Plasti-Dip to coat the ends to solve the problem.

6) Submitted by Grandpa Rich, from Kyle, TX on 6/17/2011 Customer Rating: I cut the 48" track into 3 pieces and mounted them into a drill press table. The clamps are very hefty and hold very well. Unlike a review from 2009, my clamps do have a rubbery coating on the ends unlike the picture and will not mar the workpiece. I also bought some T-Track bolts and made a fence w/flip stop. All in all, very handy and useful.
