48'' Universal T-Track and Hold Down Clamps

A must for your shop! This kit includes a 48" length of our new anodized aluminum Universal T-track that can be cut to length, plus two hold downs (each with a clamp, 3'' T-bolt, and 5-star knob) good for material up to 2-1/2'' thick.

The Universal T-Track features a unique, stacked-groove design that accommodates 1/4" T-bolts, 5/16" Hex-bolts, and 1/4" Hex-bolts, allowing you to attach a wide range of accessories. Additional clamps are available separately. This kit makes a great addition to our Drill Press Table!

1) Submitted by Gary from TX on 10/1/2009 Customer Rating: Made a universal hold down drill press table. Also bought the upgraded hold down clamps, but the kit ones are fine. Added more track and put it behind the fence on the radial arm saw, can use the hold down clamps or the toggle clamps that have been mounted and fitted to the track. My old (1969) Craftsman radial arm saw doean't have a good safety shield, so clamps rather than fingers are a safety improvement. An easy to set up hold down will be used, one that takes more effort, tends not to get used. I will use this set up.

I would give them 5 stars with the addition of a cover (plastic or rubber) over the ends of the clamp. It was easy to put slight dents on my stock because of the bare metal ends. I used Plasti-Dip to coat the ends to solve the problem.
