These drawer slides are an excellent product for the money and really fast shipping is always a plus. I installed them in about ½ hour and they worked great. Just one warning, make sure you check your opening for side clearance when you build your openings. I was 1/8” off and I had to shim up the horizontal supports for the slides. My bad, but something you should keep in mind when fabricating your opening. I liked the way the drawer slide fits under the drawer which helps support the weight in the drawer. The mounting screws could have been another 1/8’ longer in my opinion.

I make furniture, so I ordered this item to make a file cabinet. After installing the drawer slides, I opened and closed the drawer, and the bearings started to fall out of the slides. I contacted Rockler, and they immediately shipped me out different drawer slides. They did not charge me anything extra. I can't say enough about Rockler's customer service.

I recently purchased and installed a pair of these slides to replace a pair of TopSlide "Comfort Close Series 757CC" slides that did operate properly. These slides operate well however, do not follow the enclosed, or online, installation instructions. They state that the slides have vertical and horizontal slots for final adjustments. There are no vertical slots and if you require any small vertical adjustments,as I did, you will have to remove the slide, fill the screw holes and reinstall it.
