I am a first-timer DIY, and bought these hinges to use for drawers I was making for a shop cart. I plan on storing a bunch of hand tools and fairly heavy items in these drawers. They worked great were easy to install and are plenty heavy duty for this purpose. Would highly recommend them.

I bought 6 pairs of sliders for storage drawers underneath a queen-sized bed. They work great and were very easy to install. In fact, all of the many sliders I have bought from Rockler have been great.

Bought 5 pair to fill a cabinet to hold my portable tools (saws, routers sanders etc). The weight of these tools added up quickly but the drawers open wit a smooth ease that was hard to believe.
Ease of installation was a very pleasant surprise. I just ordered another 5 pair... give this product 5 stars.

Purchased six of these slides for a chest of drawers I am building. Quality is excellent, slides move without binding and are easily installed. Thank you, Rockler for a fine product.

I know this is not the intended use for this type of slide, but it worked great on this pull out. On the right side of the cabinet I installed a slide out of which accomodates over 100 1/4" dowel. The dowels hold spools of thread for easy access. Shelves on the left side for more storage of sewing accessories.

After removing drawers several times during installation one slide jammed and I noted 2 bent tabs that hold the bearings. I managed to put the bearings back and bend the tabs so it would operate but also noticed 2 other bearings missing in the back. They were probably never there. Also the grease coating the slides was pervasive and got on the drawers. The slides are strong and I hope they will give no other problems but I would choose another brand since I think the design is not that great.

I got a pair of the 28" drawer slides and was installing them into the bottom of an end table I had built. These lower drawers will be toy boxes for my daughter's toys, so they are necessarily deep and the 28" extension was great.
The only problem I had was one of the slides was defective. After sliding the assembled drawer members into the cabinet members, I heard something falling onto the floor inside the cabinet. I thought my daughter had left some toys on the dust frame, but it turned out they were the ball bearings from one of the slides. There is a sliding rack that keeps the ball bearings in place, and there is are a pair of punched tabs that keep that rack from sliding out. Well, one of the slides had these tabs and the other one didn't. I know Rockler would have replaced them, but with the members already installed and Rockler 45 minutes from home, I just inserted the little ball bearings back where they belonged (a tedious process that took 15 minutes), drilled a hole where the tabs should be, screwed in a machine screw that I had ground down to keep it from interfering with the mechanism and moved on. It slides just fine now, and the ball bearings are staying put.
