This scaled-down version of our full-sized sled fits onto smaller table saws for precise cuts wherever you’re working. A large protractor scale at the end of the fence lets you precisely tune angles for air-tight miters and crosscuts – no more squinting. Features smooth-sliding no-slop ball bearings, a solid aluminum fence, flip-down stop, and more.

This smaller sled works on most portable or benchtop-style saws, including the following:
  • Bosch BO-4100
  • Rigid TS2410LS
  • Makita 2704
  • DeWalt DEDW744
  • Porter Cable PC-38125
Note: For compatibility, the right edge of your table saw’s left-hand miter track (in which the sled would mount) must be between 5-3/16'' and 6-5/8'' from the left edge of the saw blade.
    Premium features:
  • 1/2" thick 16" x 16" MDF table with melamine coating.
  • Easy-to-read 1/2° graduations and a hair-line indicator ensure error-free setups.
  • Extra material allows you to cut the sled down to fit your saw perfectly.
  • Right edge of sled functions as a zero-clearance chip breaker.
  • Self-adhesive low-friction tape allows for smooth sliding of the platform and fence.
  • MDF Fence face can be removed for replacement.
  • Nylon set screws in the miter bar are adjustable to eliminate slop.
  • Adjustable 90° stop.
  • Requires standard miter track (3/4'' wide x 3/8'' deep)
For complete zero-clearance support on both sides of the blade, pair the sled with our new smaller Crosscut Sled Drop-Off Platform (22064).

Very accurate, and well built. Yes, you could make your own, but what makes this exceptional is its aluminum fence with micro adjustment....just make a few test cuts and you are perfectly calibrated, ready to go. Time is money, and I'd rather not spend time making a jig. This was well worth it to me.

I've had this for a while, and I'm glad I waited to review it. I bought it originally for my DeWalt 744. My local Rockler had a promo going at the time where the cutoff support was included, so that was nice. I was never happy with the cuts I got on the DeWalt, and this sled ended up on the shelf for a few months. I recently sold the DeWalt and bought a SawStop cabinet saw. To my surprise, this sled actually fits it really well and the accuracy is amazing - I had been blaming the sled for what turned out to be inaccuracy in the DeWalt saw.

We decided to purchase a ready-made sled, as the one that we made for shop use would not make accurate cuts. The Rockler sled works great, and allows us to make consistently accurate crosscuts.

GREAT QUALITY - Went together easily works great. The adjustments work well no slop and once the sleds are cut you have zero clerance.

This is a quality sled. Once you have it dialed in, you will not be disappointed. If you do not buy the cut off sled platform, I would highly recommend making your own.

This sled has turned my Rigid portable table saw into one of my favorite tools, and I thought nothing would ever replace the Festool plunge cut saw as most used. The angles are dead on and it makes duplicating sizes a breeze. This, coupled with the thin rip saw jig by Rockler has elevated my workmanship several levels...thanks Rockler.

The product is very good as far as quality of workmanship and accuracy of work produced. However, I find it doesn't fit my table saw. If I use the cross cut sled I will have to cut off a portion of the sled because it protrudes past my blade. I am trying to use it on a Delta Contractors 10" table saw. With the adjustable arm set at 50 degrees, the blade will actually cut off a portion of the arm at the pivot point. This is very dissapointing. I've haven't decided to return the sled or try to use it as is.

I bought one quite a while ago. It has worked well for me. It has some pros and cons. Such as the slider for the miter track is a little sloppy, but you can fix that. All in all it is pretty good. It makes repetitive cuts easier. It is accurate. And last but not least - You can make one yourself that will work just as well.

I use a Shopsmith for my woodworking and the rails needed adjusted for the smaller table. In doing this, the rails are a little off, but with a couple of test cuts I got the angle I needed. I use the sled for making segmented bowls.

Well worth the money. And thanks to the Schaumburg store  when I bought this item, couldn't be happier. The adjustable miter bar is great the angle gauge is large and clear well built.

One of the benefits to a cross cut sled is having the edge of the sled and the blade on the same line. Having this condition supports the piece and minimizes tearing or chipping of the work.
The intent of the manufacturer is to allow the user to customize the sled to their specific saw. Trim and enjoy!
