Its the first time I'd use a clamp on a jig and I don't think I'll ever go back to the old way of doing it. They worked great.

I make many jigs and fixtures in my shop for routing and especially on the CNC machine. The toggle clamps are fantastic. easy to install and adjust right clamping pressure to assure accurate hold downs and fast fexible wood changes. I have an assortment for ready use as the jigs dictate.

I had purchased a pen press kit from another supplier and after a couple of months, the press mechanism bent and became useless. I replaced the press mechanism with a "Large Action Push Clamp" #32103 and doubt I will ever have to replace it again. This push clamp is built to last!! Great product!

I am a retired tool & die maker. We used the toggle clamp in the machine shops and now in my wood shop. They are great for holding parts in jigs and fixtures.

I saw the clamp in a video on making cabinets doors, the clamp is used as part of a jig for holding the cabinet door rail steady while routing the edge, the clamp works great, the construction of the clamp is solid. I recommend this style clamp.

I have often woundered about using these toggle clamps for jigs in place of clamps. I decided these would fit an application for clamping the mitered joints of the stiles I am fastening with pocket screws for custom kitchen cabinets I am currently building. All of the end panels and returns are 45 and 60 degrees to each other. I created the jigs for accurate assembly and consistant gluing results.
These are strong and easy to work around. All necessary hardware was included. Something of a surprise was an mounting screw in each package. I am thoughly pleased and have more jig applications planned along with additional purchases of more toggles. The opinion is you cannot have enough clamps, well you can add toggles to that opinion as well.

While the clamps worked well I purchased 10 units and they came with two different size locking nuts making it a pain to use. This required me to have 4 different wrenches while setting up the jigs.
