1) Submitted by Matt Kotowski, from Hayward, CA on 3/12/2010 Customer Rating: First of all, one of the shelf supports for the unit was shipped without the threads to attach the slides. It took quite a bit of work to tap the four 1/4 - 20 threads into the pot metal by hand. Secondly, the template they shipped was off by more than 1/2". After I had installed the hardware, I had to take it all out again because the shelf would not make it through the opening. They advertise that the minimum opening is 13.5", and my opening is 15.75". But the shelf would not clear the opening until I moved the post back half an inch, and now it comes out at an odd angle, not at 90 degrees. I would have shipped it all back, except that I had taken out the shelf that was there as a first step, and there was no way to put that back together again.
