The product was fine, but didn't work for my cabinet. The exchange was very easy... I just called and placed a different order and sent the incorrect product back. It only took a week before my account was credited for the return. Very good service! Would definitely use this company again.

I built a large trophy case for my nephew and had tried several other types of glass retainers, but was not comfortable with the way they held the glass in. These are very sturdy and will continue using these on other projects.

Product as advertised. These "hard to find" retainers worked perfectly for replacing lost or broken retainers holding a glass door in a wooden frame.
