Just used my set that I bought and it was a huge timesaver! The clamps worked great and the cut I made was true and straight. It will make not having a table saw a little less difficult.

I use this guide for cross cutting or routing sheet goods. I find the clamping mechanism does not hold as well as others I have used and require clamping a block on each end to keep it from slipping. The shorter clamps seem to work better. I like the ruler edges and the squaring attachment. Altogether a very useful tool.

Great product! I've used the 8 foot version as well as the shorter ones, all with great results. The guides are dead-straight, so using them to guide a router on the edges of boards to be glued up results is a perfect joint - no need for a jointer. The underside mechanism is simple but I found it took a little getting used to, but the instructions are sufficient. When using the 8 foot version, I clamp a block of wood against the outboard side at the midpoint or clamp it down there if feasible in order to prevent event the tiniest deflection during a cut, but I may be a bit obsessive about this. The shorter guides don't need this.

Have been using these for about 3 days now, and I love them! If set, and used properly, they have very good holding power. I have been cutting, and routing using these as a straight edge guide, and they have worked flawlessly for me. Would highly recommend, and I plan on purchasing a set as a gift for someone.

I've had several of these clamps for years and just took advantage of the sale to add some more. They're good for light glue ups but they really shine for cross cuts on sheet goods.

I've owned a 50" model for about 20 years and it is the most indispensible tool in my shop. I don't know if this is the same manufacturer as my old model but the construction looks identical except for the lower edge profile and built-in ruler, so I expect them to be just as durable. I really like the lower edge profile. On the old model when I lowered my circular saw for maximum depth of cut, the motor housing contacted the guide causing the foot to rock and the blade would bind, now it doesn't. I don't use the optional accessories because the guide works so well without them. My primary use is cross-cutting and dadoing large plywood panels, but that's a fraction of their usefulness.

This is the REAL DEAL!!! I love these guides; they clamp to the work piece as advertised and are very easy to set up. I used the 4ft guide to cut dado and rabbit joints for a desk hutch. First try; It was flawless. Throw the other stuff away and get you a set of these. I am going to send a set to my best friend for his birthday. They are that good.

Had a old clamp system for over 25 years worked good but very time consuming making adjustments to get a true cut. Figure I would invest in something new as I age. It is a pleasure now with this locks tight no fear of movement fast and easy setup projects done faster now. Can't beat the price neither.

Purchased two sets at the sale price. These are heavier-Wider than the A-Series, so they should not bend at all when use as a guide for a saw or router. I have used the A-Series as a saw guide without any problem. Quick setup and a lower height profile than the A-Series. Unless you want to use the router or saw plate which only works with the A-Series, I would recommend these over the A-Series, since they only cost a couple of dollar more.

I purchased these clamps to aid in lay ups and for straight edges. I did not know if they would hold enough for using as straight edge for my circle saw and router but go beyond hold. When I clamped a piece of wood and lifted up it picked up the wood.

I needed only one but this price was too good to pass up. I got them for a Christmas playroom project requiring alot of sheet good cutting, but when I received them two weeks ago and the first thing I used them for was glue ups. I've since used them for circular saw and router tasks for the playroom. More versitile then I would have thought and the clamp is strong. The next purchase will be the square up attachment that will cut down on set up time.

I recieved these clamps yesterday and used them right away as a router table temp fence to make a permanent fence. Quick, easy, and plenty strong for my application. At the current sale price it is a great deal. Look forward to using them to cut lots of plywood for cabinets this weekend. I will be looking into some of the accessories down the road.

These clamps are so versatile! I didn't even think about using these for glue-ups but these work well for keeping the stock nice and flat. I use wax paper in between the clamp and the stock to keep any glue out of the mechanism.

Excellent addition to any workshop. I was skeptical at first - that disappeared after the first use. No more clamps to worry about when cutting. This clamp snaps into place and stays there. Straight and angle cuts are easy to do.

I have been interested in these (individually) for some time, and finally bought the set when it went on sale recently. An excellent product and SO much easier to use than my earlier straight edge and c-clamp arrangement. I typically work alone in the shop and these make it much easier to break down sheet goods without having to cajole my wife to help.
Can't say enough about the product or Rockler. One of the clamps was missing from my initial shipment and the customer service folks had a replacement to me the next day with no questions asked. There are other woodworking suppliers out there, but Rockler's excellent products and services are the reason I keep coming back!

Great product. I had been using a friend's for years and was able to get my own on sale. Thanks Rockler! The ease of use and versatility of this clamp cannot be over stated. I have used it with my table saw, circular saw, router and jigsaw. Clamp holds strong, edge is true - can't ask for more.

Brought 2 sets on sale, These clamps are fast and easy to use. I bought two sets, so I would have a pair of each. Faster to set up than a bar clamp and works great as a straight edge guide and saw guide. I had purchased a 50" Series A and liked how it worked so well, I couldn't resist these sets on sale. I haven't tried it as a saw guide yet, but did with the a-series, and these should be even better.

I had difficulty with the adjusting slide lock, it did not have a smooth action. This was the first time I have used them, maybe they will work better when I use them more. They work well as a guide for my circle saw and router. I think they will serve me well when I get used to working with them.

I purchased this (50"clamp/guide) several monthes ago. It works really well if you buy a few C-clamps to hold it down. I think supplies are limited because of a design flaw. The end oposite the lever end is suposed to be a cam action clamp the does not work no matter what. So yes buy it or a sheet rock square and some C-clamps, they will both do the trick but one of em is really cheap and the other does not cost as much.

Decent sale price got me but first use not a good one. Unpacked the 36", put it on the board but clamp would not lock. Used the 50" (and 24") instead without problem. Locking mechanism has a plastic housing so will have to see how well they hold up over time or with heavy use. I like the track.
And Thank You to Rockler Customer Service. One call to them to explain the problem and they have already sent a replacement.
Overall made easy work where I had been clamping down a drywall square instead. Better and faster results now.

These clamps work well for a while, but I experienced problems after a while where the stops will dig into the shaft, leaving marring that will later make the guide difficult to use. For the first 50 uses, it's the greatest tool I ever used, but in time, it will become virtually unusable.

I've only had the opportunity to play around with these clamps on the living room floor as I'm still building my workshop, but I believe they will get a fair amount of use. I will begin building kitchen cabinets soon, and I plan to use these for the occasional cross cut rather than using my table saw. They might join in with the pipe clamps to help on some glue ups. Not ecstatic about the plastic components, but we'll see. I don't see many complaints about them breaking, so I should be good to go.

Ordered the All in One Clamp Guide Package with Bonus Squaring Attachment. The first issue was despite checking the entire order and box, I did not receive the bonus squaring attachment. I called Rockler, assured them that I checked everywhere and knew what it looked like. They quickly offered to send a replacement when they arrive back in stock. Then I went to hang the 50" guide next to my Made in the USA guide I purchased >10 years ago and noticed that it wouldn't clamp. Apparently Part B on the clamp was broken in shipping. Again, Rockler offered to replace it, but I now worry about the quality of this product. I guess time will tell.
