Great saw, no problems so far had it for over a year now, use it everyday in construction and we do every thing including built-ins, custom cabinets and at night I craft toys for the kids around the area, love this saw, mines 5 hp, helps with the hard woods 4" plus in., for the guy that can't get his zero plate cut turn it over you should be able to lengthen the cut that way.

Excellent piece of machinery - solid - easy to use. Great fence. Spindle lock enables fast changing of blades. Spindle lock nut will not accidentally fall down into the case, like an ordinary hex nut. Adjustment wheels on the front is very convenient. Large locking nuts on adjustment wheels are effective, and ensure that no "drift" occurs. The only problem I've had is trying to make a zero-clearance insert using a blank Delta insert. Raising the blade through the insert is no problem, but creating the slot for the riving knife is another issue. On the metal insert that came with the saw, the slot extends almost to the back of the insert. Maybe I just don't know how to go about it.
