Small and sturdy, this free-standing magnetic square takes the effort out of squaring up your table saw, band saw, and other equipment. Two powerful neodymium magnets are embedded in the oversize base to keep it anchored to your cast-iron table for hands-free operation. Standing less than 4-1/2'' tall, it takes very little storage space.

Then I checked & found it was made in China so my second reaction was to return it! But its tiny size has proven surprisingly handy right away, so I'm keeping it because there's just nothing else quite like it that's readily available. This item's description reads "While Supplies Last!" so I'm thinking Rockler should supercede it with a better quality Rockler-branded made in Taiwan 5-star version when these are all gone.
