Peacock Deep Blue/Purple Inlace Acrylester Pen Blank

Inlace Acrylester semi-translucent pen blanks have a pearlescent quality that will give your finished pens great depth when viewed in the light. Acrylester turns much like acrylic. Blanks are 3/4" square x 5" long.

The material was easy to turn no chipping, etc, and looked absolutely gorgeous after finishing it with a micro surface sanding kit 1500 to 12,000 grit pads This was my second attempt at a pen and first using a synthetic material, and I made the rookie mistake of not inserting the CA-covered brass tube into the blank quickly enough, forcing me to cut off a large section and use an extra middle ring to make up for the shortness of the top piece.
