It does just what it is ment to do remove any fastener from wood. While on a construction site I think the Nail Jack model would be better but for any wood working and or remodeling this tool is a MUST once you use it you will wonder how you ever managed with out it. I am going to buy 2 more as presents to family members for X-mas presents. Ya it's that good!

I could not dig out a nail that was recessed the way my nail gun normally recesses nails no matter how much I was willing to damage the board trying.
