Freud 94-150 Door System Bit Set

This master door set includes the Quarter Round Freud Premier Adjustable Rail and Stile bits to mill tenons of any length! Simply remove the top portion of the cutter (including bearing and spindle) to produce the front of the long tenon profile for blind tenons, through tenons or bridle joints. These precise bits work for any door 5/8" to 1-1/4" thick. Unique cutter geometry virtually eliminates tearout. Adjustable shims enable a tight fit when using plywood and also allow use with thick panels from 7/32" to 1/4" thick. High-density carbide composition and Perma-Shield® coating lengthen bit life and protect against heat and pitch build-up. 1/2" shanks. Also includes Freud’s Door Lip Bit, Reversible Glue Joint and Ogee Panel Bit.
