Shark Flush Cut Dovetail Saw

Achieve fine detail for several delicate flush cutting operations. Flexible 6-1/2" blade has 26 TPI and cuts on the pull stroke, giving you maximum control for dovetailing, doweling, crafting and more. Diamond ground teeth are electrically hardened to improve longevity. Blade is easily removed with a twist of the red knob on the side of the handle.

I let someone use the old one and they got wet glue on it and didn't clean it off , so the blade rusted. It still cuts but I decided to buy a new one. This is a good product if used correctly. I mostly use it to flush cut dowels.

2) Submitted by Matthew, from Passiac, NJ on 9/5/2010 Customer Rating: Used this saw a few time today and I'm very impressed with how sharp it is and how easy it cuts. the teeth are fine and sharp so it works great when cutting thin wood or crosscutting - very smooth operation. haven’t tried if for flush cutting yet but I assume it will work great. I give it 4 out of 5 because I have doubt about dovetailing with it, it's sharp enough to cut stright lines but the blade is so thin and flexible it would take some skill not to angle the cut. Overall - super useful, super easy, and fair price.

Nevertheless, for other uses it cuts very well, rather slow I guess by the size of its teeth, in which case I'll be using my normal Japanese saw.
