I used these hinges on a large "trap door" in my laundry room that leads to my coal bin. Although they are probably not the proper hinge for this purpose I wanted to use hinges that would have low visibility with the door closed. The installation was not fun but using 6 of these hinges supported the heavy door and they are level with the floor.

The hinges work well. I used three of them on the right side of a folding door assembly. The only complaint that I have is that the metal used in making the screws is too soft. The screw heads stripped too easily even when using the proper size Phillips screw driver.

Excellent hinge; just what I was looking for. Supplied screws are totally useless; I used a 3/16" X 1 and 1/4" round head stove bolt to go through the pieces of 3/4" ply I was hinging together.

These hinges are just the ticket if you must fasten hinges into plywood. I helped a poor student friend make a privacy screen for her apartment out of 2' X 6' 3/4 inch CDX plywood sheets. Although I would not have the same design decisions she did, these hinges are now holding these heavy plywood panels quite well because of their unique design. (I used three hinges per connection.)
The only thing I would have changed is the length of the screws included with the hinges. They were shorter than I would have liked, considering the thickness and weight of the plywood.
