5-Star Jig Knobs

Five-star knobs are the true Lincolns of jig knobs. With their rounded edges, comfortable finger holds and smooth finish, they're extremely easy on the hands and provide plenty of torque for use as jig knobs on fixtures, router tables, drill presses and more. These 5-Star Knobs are available with a through-hole and threaded insert for use with a T-bolt and T-slot or T-track, or with a 1'' threaded stud. Choose from three different threadings below.

Technical Details: Five-Star Knobs are made of black molded nylon with a smooth texture. Available with a through hole, which prevents stud from bottoming out at the top of the star knob. Also available with a 1'' long machine threaded stud. Longer boss (the rounded shaft beneath the star knob) leaves more clearance for knuckles. 2-3/16'' overall diameter. 1-19/32'' overall height (not including stud). These worked perfect to hold the bandsaw covers on. They are taken on and off all the time and the design of these makes it really easy and they look good as well!

The knobs are taller than they need to be, and the inset depth could be greater about 1/16'! some other products I have purchased have the nut inset ~1/8", which does a better job distributing the force if you can not use metal washers.
