Use a wide variety of turning tools with the seamless steel handle. The high grade aluminum head and base help dampen vibration and the Softex grip make this handle the ultimate in comfort. Tool shanks of up to 5/8" in diameter are held in place by brass-tipped set screws to prevent damage. Handle is hollow and end cap unscrews to allow addition of lead shot for extra weight to provide greater control of your tools. Includes allen wrenches and collet adapters for 1/2" and 3/8" diameter tools. Made in England.

I am currently recovering from a knee revision surgeryreplaced the replacement knee put in in 2002 and have not been able to approach my lathe. However the balance and workmanship of the 16'' Sorby Sovereign Turning Tool Handle mated to the Ci3 Mid-Size Un-Handled Finisher by Easy Wood Tool is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! As soon as I get my doctor's blessing I will be putting this combination to the test. bogie
