Dust Right® Quick Connect 4'' Elbow

Fit well on my PM-2000 tablesaw. The double hose clamps make for a good tight fit. The plastic is in two halves and could break if torqued or twisted with force. Overall good product and price.

The part arrived today and unfortunately is it is basically split in two. The only thing holding it together is the rubber boot at the end of it. I called right away to customer service and was pleasantly told another one would be shipped out at no cost. The box that it came in was perfect along with the shipping box yet the product was split. Either a design flaw or stingy glue machine putting the two sides together without enough glue.

The elbow has an anular groove around one end, where the rubber adapter seats. This extends into the airflow approx 3/8" on the inside. Maybe not a big deal, but not what I'd expect. Should be an external barb. The ABS elbow is manufactured in two pieces and  RF welded together. One joint on the one I received was partially separated. Though this is expensive for a 4" plastic elbow, it's not worth the cost of return shipping to get another one.
