Freud® LU87R Industrial Thin Kerf Rip Saw Blade for Track Saws

This blade gives new life to underpowered table saws and radial arm saws because the thin kerf does not require much horsepower. The Perma-SHIELD® coating helps this blade pull 1/3 less on the saw, which translates into over 33% more cutting power. The ideal working range is from 3/4" to 2-3/4" thick.

Freud has customized their LU87R blade especially for track saws. The 20° hook angle allows for a smooth, easy cut with a handheld saw. At 160mm in diameter, this blade will fit the Festool TS-55 saw family, the DeWalt DWS520 track saw, and Makita SP600K track saw.

The Perma-SHIELD® coating covers the blade plate and cutting edge in a protective layer, reducing heat build-up. Perma-SHIELD® blades resist binding in large volume cutting, reducing subsequent blade warp. The coating lubricates the blade, allowing it to spin freely, and eliminates pitch and debris build-up on the blade.

The LU87R blade is also available in standard blade diameters.
