Yes, you can accurately and repeatedly cut thin veneer with this fence. The fit & finish of all parts with the exception of the aluminum fence is extremely poor. It is also a poor fit for a Laguna 18" Band Saw. For the lack of quality, it is not up to the standards one would expect of Laguna Tools. Despite the poor craftsmanship and high cost, it does work as described.
