I traveled to the Cambridge, MA. store to purchase my table about 180 miles roundtrip. It took me about 2 1/2 hours to fully assemble. I could not believe the quality of the sheet metal pieces. Typical sheet metal componets will have misaligned holes, but the Rockler table had none. This is testament to the quality of the manufacturing process. GREAT JOB ROCKLER!!!

I decided to up grade my router station in my shop with this cabinet coupled with the cast iron table top, deluxe Rockler fence, Porter Cable 7518 and the Incra master lift II. First everything was shipped quickly and recieved with no damage. I opened everything up on a Saturday morning and was routing test pieces that evening. This cabinet is very well designed, engineered and manufactored! Absolutely no problems occured during assembly other than hand fatigue due to the numerous small screws needed to be hand screwed. The instructions were detailed with plenty of photographs. I can't imagine ever wearing this cabinet and table top out. I would recommend this to anybody who has the room for a not so mobile router station.

The router table is very solid and well engineered. However, there are two issues with it, one of an engineering nature, and the other of a marketing nature. 1) The table sits on two wheels on one end and two adjustable height levelers on the other. However, there is no way to adjust the levelers from above. In order to adjust the height to get it to sit properly, you would have to either remove the skirt pieces not easy to do or lift the table very high off of the floor basically not possible considering the weight. I gave up and just used shims under the legs. Making them adjustable from above from inside the cabinet would have been very easy by simply using the type of levelers that have a hex shape at the top or a slotted end. 2) I was surprised and highly annoyed to learn that it didn't include the dual port dust adapter and the 2.5" x 3' hose for hooking up the router fence to the dust bucket. When you buy the Dust Bucket to use with your own router table it includes these parts. I expected when spending this very large amount of money on a table that includes the Dust Bucket, it would have included all of the parts you need for the Dust Bucket particularly since they are included when you buy the Dust Bucket separately.
