DOT Marks the Spot Picture Hanging Kit

Seasoned woodworkers might sniff at a tool that helps you hang pictures, but when they see how simple it makes the process, they'll be impressed, too. 1) Submitted by Brandon, from Buffalo, MN on 3/2/2012 Customer Rating: I picked one of these up very skeptical that it would work as advertised. To my amazement, it worked perfectly. Super easy! literally seconds to hang a picture. Ive used it numerous times since picking it up and have only used 4 bulls-eyes. That and my SO's to-do list just got a bit smaller. One tip I can offer is peel and stick the part that attaches to the frame a few times to "loosen" it up a bit. This will make the bulls-eye a little easier to stick to the wall.

2) Submitted by Jack Roberts, from Miami, FL on 4/9/2012 Customer Rating: Although the concept is good, the main problem I have with this product is that after the bulls-eye targets are attached to the frame, you can't move it along the wall because the tape kept attaching to the wall and coming off my frame. This might be good for smaller projects but for hanging larger objects I wouldn't recommend. Plus I don't really see the value in this product, why couldn't I just use a piece of thick cushioned two face tape myself and put a hole in it?
