What's in the Box?

(1) Dust Boot for CNC Shark HD 2.0

The dust boot does a fairly good job of helping contain the dust. The mount is fairly well thought out and convenient to use. However, the brush bristles are too stiff. Stiff enough to cause some flex of the gantry and "bobbles" in the cut when the router changes direction in a deep cut. On shallow cuts with short bits, such that the bristles are pressed against the surface a bit, there can be enough back pressure on the gantry to affect depth of cut noticeably versus making the same cut without the dust boot. We are going to try replacing the brushes with a limper material to see if we can remedy the problem
