Use the Bessey angle clamp for clamping square corners to a precise 90 degrees. The angle clamp is ideal for holding parts to be screwed or glued together. The clamp's maximum opening is 7/8'' on one side and 2-1/2'' on the other side for members of different thicknesses and 1-3/4'' for members of equal thicknesses. Maximum thickness at the joint is 1-1/8". For added convenience use the Rockler Universal Fence Clamps to secure the Bessey Angle Clamp to a table or workbench.

First I owned one, then a year or two later I bought a second, now I bought two more. They are a bit pricey, but they work great. I don,t know of a better way to set two peices of wood at 90 degrees, period!!
Yes, you can work with wood of different thickness, but the real value is that the joint is exposed for screws, or other fasteners. It doesn't matter if you miter the joint, butt, or dato; you are even able to do "T" joints. The clamp PULLS the joint together a little at a time, so you can have the exact amount of pressure on the joint.

I purchased a pair of these clamps to help make building a table a bit easier. And they did just that. These corner clamps give you that "third hand" that you sometimes need. This clamp works exceptionally well with the Universal Fence Clamps (part #31373)to clamp the corner clamp to your bench. The rod on the fence clamp is a perfect fit in the hole on the corner clamp.

I would like to thank you for having the products that I needed. I have used it (with very good results) and I will be forever grateful to your company. It is one of the best small tools that I own,and continue to use it with great sucess. Though I mostly use it for picture frames, it does quite well for a verity of other jobs. I thank you once again, and I will be doing business with you again in the near future.

This is one of the best clamps for holding a corner or intersection square. The only problem is that it will not pull the two pieces together for a tight joint. You need to pull the pieces together with another clamp and let this one do the job of squaring up the joint.
