Durable 3/8'' Thick Polycarbonate

The strong, support base keeps your router level and stable during the toughest of cuts. The polycarbonate may be cut, drilled, or routed to fit any application you need, but is strong enough to withstand extremely high impact, such as flying wood chips. 1) Submitted by Doug Smith, from Wayne, PA on 11/22/2010 Customer Rating: I mounted my Bosch router towards one corner and attached a handle near the opposite corner to give me a large support base. I used one of the 3-1/4" raised panel bits with a roller bearing and it saved me a lot of money needing to buy a full router table. It worked wonderfully.

2) Submitted by Greg McKInney, from Boiling Springs, NC on 4/11/2007 I make hand made wooden signs. I do alot of relief carving and use this base as a "bridge" between the raised letters and the edge of the sign. It is easy to drill the holes to match your router base screw holes and center hole. Great product.
