I've had mine for 20+ years and after I dropped one off the roof holding up 2x6x10 facia the wood handle broke. Now I need another. Tons of uses, not just clamping. I don't get alot of help around the house and these fit the bill when no-one else is around.

Purchased 8 of your EZ-Clutch Quick Release System for Jorgensen 3700 Bar Clamps. They fit the 24" bar clamps ok, but will not clear the side ridges of the 36" bar clamps

Got 2 24" Jorgenson bar clamps from Rockler recently. One was defective a rarity and Rockler replaced it immediately, even before I sent back the bad one. I love these clamps.
Blank for this bowl was glued up using Jorgenson Clamp.

I have collected several Jorgensen clamps over the years and have lost many clamp pads. These slide right on and the clamp is back in action! Simple and necessary and they fit the bill perfectly!

Bought my first Jorgensen bar clamp in 1977 and have added many other Jorgensen clamps including c-clamps & pipe clamps. All my Jorgensen clamps have been excellent products and have seen numerous glue-ups. I will purchase more as need arises!!

I have used Jorgensen clamps for 30 years. They cost a little more, but the extra cost is worth the quality compared to cheaper alternatives. I recently built 16 wooden models illustrating basic mechanical principles, and needed a few more Jorgensens.

I find these bar clamps a lot of places, however this is the only place where they also have the clamp pads. I'm retired, but do woodworking on the side, and these clamps and pads are indispensable for the variety of work I do.

I would love these pads if they didn't leave on oily mark on the wood which can only be removed by sanding. Cleaning the pads with solvent didn't help. The first pair were fine but the next 15 pairs left stains so are unusable. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I was very happy to find these. They do an excellent job of protecting the clamped surface. I bought enough for all my clamps so I don't have to remove and install.

I'm thrilled to find the Jorgensen light duty clamps in your catalog. As a woodworking teacher for 23 years at George School I have encountered plenty of clamps, and used just about all there are out there. These clamps are especially great for medium sized projects, especially a box project all of my beginners do in the first term. All the joints are done by hand, and these clamps make the glue up really easy and can pull together joints of all sizes and shapes, the good, the bad and the ugly.

Have many of these clamps and I do not baby them & never had one break yet. Orange paint helps you find them when there are a lot of clutter. Made a wall rack to hold them when not in use.

I have the same problem Barbara Wentz had. An oily foot print stain from the pads. I'm still trying to remove these stains on my fresh red oak. Need some advice.

I've never had any issues with Jorgensen clamps. As for the pads leaving oily stains. I haven't experienced this with Jorgensen but I've got another brand that do the same thing. From my research online it's an issue with the manufacturing process with the pads. The only way I've found to avoid the issue is to stick a call or extra strip of wood between the project and clamp to avoid the stain directly on my project.

Good for the short time, but the bar will bend when you put a lot of pressure on them, like doing a butcher block and one of your pieces has a little bow in it, I bent 3 out of 9 camps on this project.
