The grommet looks/works great but suffers from a pretty annoying design compromise. The lip only gives 1/8" overhang around the edges so you need to be very careful when cutting the mounting hole. In my case I was adding it to an existing laminate conference table, and I would have appreciated having more room with which to work.

This grommet was installed in a HUD office training room, they use two projectors, a laptop, small server and numerous other pieces of electronic equipment. This was the ideal solution for the numbers of wires needing to travel through the top. Much better then 3 or 4 holes.
