We used these hinges to replace old brass hinges on kitchen cabinets. They are very solid and look great. Will be ordering more to replace hinges on all bathroom cabinets.

I used these hinges on an antique cabinet which had broken hinges and not much room to attach new ones. They worked pecfectly in this application and are good quality.

We updated my son's rental kitchen property with these hinges. The doors had the old style 3/8" inset hinges where part of the hinge were screwed to the front of the style of the cabinet. These hinges mounted on the side of the styles making a cleaner look on the cabinets. These hinges fit the bill perfectly for our project.

I have used this hinge before on different cabinets I have made for my wife in her sewing room. These hinges have worked so well on the other cabinets I made I wanted identical ones. The room is our third bedroom and she wanted another cabinet to place on the other side of the Murphy Bed which I built for that room. This cabinet placed a cabinet on each side of the Murphy Bed.

I was so happy to find these hinges. We have cabinets from the early 80's. Could not find the hinges to match after one broke. These fit perfectly and were very easy to install. I will definitely be a return customer. Thank you.

Could not find this hinge anywhere! We were trying to update built-in cabinets by taking off the 1950 hinges and knobs! These were exactly what we wanted - great price, too.

I went to all the big box stores, as well as the specialty cabinet stores in town - no luck. Some places offered to special order, but for 3 times the price that I bought them for from Rockler.

I used these hinges on a project I found in Handyman Magazine. It was big cabinet piece of furniture on the cover of the December 2008 issue. They used Cherry but I used oak (can't get Cherry in the south). My local home centers and hardware store did not carry these type inset hinges. They were easy to install and look really nice on the project. Depending on the project I'm sure I will use them again in the future. Thanks!!

Very good hinges and easy to install. However, mistakes are made, screws break or the heads strip. By the way, I NEVER use a drill driver to install hinge screws--too risky that the screws will snap.

My husband built new bathroom wall cabinets using recycled doors and rockler 3/8" partial wrap inset hinges. We could not find anything like these locally and the result was very pleasing. Thank you Rockler!

Fine hinges, but replacing face-mounted hinges on 3/8" inset doors effectively made the doors wider, forcing them to be trimmed. OK for my kitchen cabinets, but maybe not for an antique.

I replaced the old hinges (antique brass) with a set of brushed nickle during a bathroom update. The antique brass hinges also came from Rockler, 15 years ago. There is nothing wrong with the old hinge they still work great. I figured the hinges would be identical so that my inset doors would fit the same. Not so..... the hinge is slightly different. The space between the doors is about 1/8 bigger. I'll just have to shim the hinge not a big deal.

The break on the 3/8 " offsets were not consistent, so the doors did not fit square.

I found these hinges to be almost perfect for my kitchen cabinets. My only problem with these hinges was the screws being too short to hold the cabinet door securely.
Editor's note: Hinges are supplied with 5/8" long screws and will secure to any thickness of door thicker than 5/8".

I received the hinges quickly and all in good condition. Since they do not show the oil rubbed bronze color online, I would like to point out that they are actually black, and will not match other "oil rubbed bronze" cabinet hardware you see in stores. They look very nice with black hardware however.

Got the job done eventually. All those bends on those hinges and not one of them truly 90 degrees. They turned a nice clean simple project into a problem.

Highly variable geometry. The diagram indicates the gap between the door and the cabinet should be one thickness of the metal stock about 1/16". The varibility in the angles and other distortions resulted in a gap that varied from 1/16" and 3/16". I'm dreading having to re-bend these to get them to fit correction.

The mounting screws are inconsistent in quality. I pre-drill screw holes. While mounting on cherry doors, even with the pre-drilling, I have had several break off when inserting and or removing despite having my drill set at the lowest torque setting. Maybe I just got a bad batch but I am not happy with the screw quality.
