Good design and beautiful box, but the plans are woefully inadequate. Too many details are left out of the instructions. I'll be making more of these, but next time with some design changes to ease the machining of the parts and assembly.

I have made 7 jewelry boxes using your kits (6 for grandaughters and 1 for a friend's wife). A great product. I used walnut, cherry and red oak. With the recent arrival of another grandaughter I'll be making one more. I'll probably use mahogany.

Doesn't show the level of detail I had hoped for. Ambiguous instructions for some parts.

I've yet to install this hardware but, upon inspection, I find it to be of good quality. It's very expensive , for what I'm getting, but then you get what you pay for. I do believe that I can fabricate my own, out of brass stock, for considerably less or even make the hardware from wood at a very substantial savings.
"I live in NJ, and wish there was a physical store near where I live. My experience with rockler.com is second to none. Not only are your products first rate, but customer service/product support is exceptional. I've called several times, and never received someone on the other end of the phone who was anything but extremely helpful, patient, and friendly. The biggest compliment I can give is that I TRUST Rockler for all my woodworking needs. The only other store I can say that about is LL Bean. My wood working friends in western NJ love Rockler. Keep on keepin' on - and get a store here in Jersey!!" -
