Whether remodeling your kitchen or building a fine piece of furniture, our custom-made doors and drawer fronts are an ideal choice! Our Custom Door Program lets you customize your doors and drawers for just the right look. It's as easy as 1 - 2 - 3! First, choose a door and drawer style. Next, choose from six different unfinished wood options. Third, choose a Frame/Panel combination. Our Custom Door Program will walk you though your options.

Also note: when ordering doors of differing sizes or styles, mullions may not line up.

Rockler now offers new door styles with decorative accents. These mitered door and drawer fronts have the frame and panel combinations pre-selected for easy ordering. Choose from rope or bead accents. (Rope and bead moldings are made of birch). Unfinished wood.

Rockler has several options for frame/panel combinations. The outside edge, inside edge and panel profile will change the design and look of your doors. You can choose from the most popular combinations, or design your own Frame/Panel combo (for most doors). To design your own you will choose a frame outside edge, frame inside edge and panel profile.

Before you begin ...
It is important to choose your hinges before you order. It will affect the size of your cabinet doors. If you need help choosing hinges, see our guides below.

Measuring
Door and drawer fronts will be custom-made to the sizes you specify so accurate measurements are critical. You will need to measure all door openings to the nearest 1/16" and then add in adjustments based on the type of hinge and overlay required. Do not order rough opening sizes. See our Measuring Guide for more details.

We guarantee no warping or cracking on doors sized up to 23" wide and/or 46" high; drawer fronts up to 30" wide and/or 12" high.

Maximum Sizes
Doors exceeding the maximum sizes listed may be possible, but require a special quote. Cathedral and Arch style doors have a maximum width of 26''. Shaker, Contemporary and Traditional doors can be made over 26'' wide, but require a special price quote. The maximum door height on all doors is 96''.

My wife had some really nice, $2000 pieces made for a big screen, projection TV. The TV eventually died and so we had this big hole for the TV. It was really difficult find a projection the same size, so we decided to build from Mahogany a stand for a new LCD big screen TV.

The tool on Rockler's website is very good and I was able to very closely match the rounded frame, inset panels and wood. I ordered these in Cherry wood and then used a custom stain from a local wood store that seemed close to the color, and then sprayed with low gloss finish. They turned out very nice from my point of view. The custom Rockler doors are the three you see in the middle, and then the doors I was trying to match are on each side.

The doors are EXTREMELY well packed for shipping and were flawless in design, shape and wood quality. You really can't expect anything more or better quality.

I am back to now order more doors for a storage/bookshelf/desk system I'm building for our son's bedroom from Ash.

I could not have been happier with these doors. We had a local company build other cabinets, but they went out of business before the last set of doors were completed. With the options available I was able to match all the profiles. Not having to fill and sand made the finishing a breeze. The oak was clean and had beautiful grain. Both doors were the exact size I ordered and were packed incredibly well. This is a fantastic product.

Terrible quality, every door ordered was 1/8" to 3/16" oversized. Five of the doors were damaged, one had to be replaced, which the door company did replace within 2 weeks. The shaker style doors have 2-1/4" outer stiles and rails but the center stile is 1- 1/2" which looks cheap, some of the doors had knots, splits. I normally make my own doors but thought I would save some time, never again!
