Titebond Wood Molding Glue is the thickest, fastest-drying glue available for use with porous and semi-porous materials.
Titebond Wood Molding Glue is the thickest, fastest-drying glue available for use with porous and semi-porous materials. It is ideal for finish trim, crown molding, baseboards, window casings and other applications requiring a professional-strength, no-run wood glue.
Titebond Wood Molding provides a strong initial tack and fast speed of set, yet allows realignment of working pieces. It also develops a bond stronger than the wood itself, offers excellent sandability and is unaffected by finishes.

I have used this glue for mitered returns on window aprons and other tiny moldings that are too small to nail. It is very tacky and holds the small pieces in place instantly.

Good quality stuff, however I would prefer an even longer setting time to make glueups easier. The high viscosity is a big plus though.

I purchased this glue on a magazine recommendation. I build picture frames and small boxes with a lot of end grain glue ups. This glue is perfect for that. It does not absorb into the grain as most glues do. It has a thick consistency so it stays on the joint during assembly. Light to moderate clamping pressure is all that is required. Set-up is quick, 30-45 minutes in the clamping jig and the item can be removed for the next project.
"My new favourite store!
I just finshed my very first woodworking project (A workbench of course...couldn't do much without it!) and I can honestly say I did it mistake-free because of the advice from Charlie at the Rockler Store on S.Lyndale Ave. in Minneapolis.
He sold me what I needed, not what I thought I needed. (which would have been about twice as much!) He was very patient with all my questions, and gave me great advice on how to do things.
These folks are knowledgable and extremely helpful.
