These 6' holder strips allow you maximum flexibility for DVD storage.
Also available 6 Foot CD Holder Strip
FREE downloadable CD/DVD Tower Plan

FREE downloadable CD/DVD Tower PlanThese 6' holder strips allow you maximum flexibility for DVD storage. Can
be used for either vertical or drawer-installed applications. They can easily
be cut to length! Double-stick tape (included) makes installation a snap.
Two adjacent strips are needed to hold one row of DVDs. Two 6' strips will
hold 76 DVDs. One strip cut in half holds 37 DVDs.
Minimum cabinet depth of 3-3/4’‘ required for clearance.
Black plastic.
NOTE: "The 'double-sided tape' included with this item is actually an "A-T-T", or "Adhesive
Transfer Tape". The tape is a thin bead of adhesive sandwiched between a carrier strip and a cover strip.
To use, peel the cover strip off of one side, then press the adhesive bead onto the CD strip and burnish
it so that the adhesive bonds to the CD strip. Then peel away the remaining carrier strip, leaving only the
bead of adhesive on the CD strip (the adhesive has now been "transferred"). Then just stick the
CD-strip-with-adhesive to the side of the cabinet. Make sure your cabinet finish is completely cured.

I used this product on an entertainment center. I ended up gluing them in place due to the adhesive which was provided was no good. Other than that the product was easy to cut and install and does add to the quality of the project. I will use this product again in the future.

I used this product and instead of taping it I used staples and glue to fix them to the sides of the cabinet.

The DVD holder strips work great. I built a cabinet that holds 400 DVDs. I would rate them higher if they had not come with the worthless double face tape. I ended up using contact cement. The tape is no good and will not ever work.

The product would be better if the adhesive strips were better. You have to be very careful when applying so as not to break them and they do not adhere well to polyurethane finish.

I'm sorry I bought the ones I did. It's flimsy to work with, hard to come up with a clean cut edge, and the "2 sided tape" it comes with is a thin bead that is useless. I ended up buying real 2 sided tape from a discount store. My opinion is it will take less time to set up a nice jig, and you end up with a better product.

The divider inserts work fine but the E-Z plans for construction stink. Too narrow for DVD's or CD's and the bases and top dressing are all out of proportion. You did not take into account the two 3/4 vertical members of the stand and they look funny when constructed. Teaches me to analyze dimensions before construction instead of counting on accurate plans.

Adhesive should be a little stronger because with just a little heat it starts to dry up and the strip starts to fall.
