I was caning the seat of a chair with old cane that was 7-8 years old. The cane kept breaking and it made the job much more difficult and longer. I ordered a new 250 ft of cane and the job was finished shortly and without any more broken strands The order came very quickly. I did not have to wonder when I could get started back on the chair. My thanks!!

I am disappointed in the fine cane that I ordered. It is not very good quality. It is uneven.

For those wondering, stock #41145 is actually fine-fine cane. The product is good quality, and consistent in size. Within a given roll the color is consistent but of course it darkens with age, so a new roll might not match an old roll you have had for a while. One roll was enough to do almost three chairs.

As a person that reweaves chairs "for profit" I have always found Rockler's products extremely great! The most important thing to me though is the expeditious service! It is funny to me that when someone brings me a chair to reweave, it might have been sitting in their attic for years, but they want it rewoven yesterday! Rockler gets the product out and into my hands extremely fast!
