I ordered 3 60" pieces to make a frame for a print we bought for our newborn son. The wood is perfect for the color we were looking for and it is so clean and dense. Couldn't be happier, this should make a gorgeous frame.

The grain of the wood is phenomenal, the color very rich. It was very pleasant to work with Padauk. The piece sended to me it wasn't completely smooth. I was using a lot of elbow grease and then every thing was great. I will buy more Padauk for my next projects.

The wood was great. You picked out a great piece for my project. I used it to make a birthday card for my 94 year old mother. It had a lot of scroll work on the front and back. The wood cut great and it looked great.

Given the rot resistant nature of African Padauk I joined the 4" boards together to make two 10 1/2" x 40" bifold hatch doors for my boat cabin.
