Maintain alignment and smooth parallel movement without cables or pulleys. The firm click stop lets you know when the door is all the way in or out. Ball bearing slides are precision engineered. Use on 3/4'' thick inset doors. Each set includes hinges, slides and rack and pinion hardware for one door. The rack & pinion rods can be cut to length. 2-1/4'' of side space is required.

Choose the standard version for doors up to 44'' in height. Includes two slides, two hinges and a 42'' connecting rod. 30 pound weight capacity.

Choose the long version for doors up to 62'' in height. Includes three slides, three hinges, and a 60'' connecting rod. 45 pound weight capacity.

Both versions come in your choice of 20'' to 26'' slide lengths.

The Rack & Pinion Flipper Door System works very very well. The only problem that I had with it is that the instructions were very very unclear, and I had to kinda make it up as i went. If you want to have an overlay door you need to order the 40 mm hinges for the system. After they are all installed they work great!!

The Rack & Pinion Door System didn't come with instructions. After finally figuring it out, I found the metal hinge attachment plate was so thin I stripped the screw holes. The action was not smooth at all because the pinions kept slipping. I have installed flipper doors before but never had this much trouble. I finally sent them back for a credit. The theory behind this system is a great idea but beware!
