Straight out of the box, these excellent tools were sharp enough to turn some age-hardened wood with fantastic results. The length was very confortable and I was able to teach within one day some of the basics of turning to my sons who use them weekly now.

These turning tools were a Christmas present. I used them immediately straight from the box and they performed outstanding. Comfortable to use and performed nice clean cuts.

This is the first set of wood turning tools I have ever used. I have just started turning on my new Jet mini lathe. I am very pleased with them. They are very easy to use and stay sharp a long time.
