Norm Abram of The New Yankee Workshop designed this table plan with Rockler Woodworking and Hardware! Finished plan measures 46" H x 38" W x 26" D. Deluxe router station hardware kit (sold separately) includes 36" miter track, switch with 24" pigtail, four 5/16" x 1-1/2" T-bolts, two 5/16" x 2-1/2" T-bolts, two 5/16"-18 T-knobs, two 5/16"-18 five-star knobs, dust port, four plastic levelers, eight 5/16"-18 T-nuts and 4" to 2-1/2" reducer. Extra-large router plates (sold separately) for deluxe router station also available. Choose the plate that is already pre-drilled for your router. A blank plate is also available to allow you to drill to the specifications of makes and models not listed below. This plan features all the measured drawings and patterns you’ll need. Add our exclusive router plate to complete your router table. Our exclusive 1/4'' thick aluminum plate is the only plate that is both large and strong enough to offer maximum support for larger routers (2 HP and up). It allows you to easily install heavy-duty routers into all types of router tables! Or choose a plate that’s customized for Sears, Porter-Cable, DeWalt or Bosch routers. Use our blank plate to customize for other routers. Includes 1-1/2” and blank delrin inserts. Max. opening 3-1/4”. Optional black hose is also available for adding dust collection to your table.
