Vacu-Press Vacuum Veneering Tool

Perfect results every time! The Vacu-Press Vacuum Veneering Tool applies veneer over both curved and flat surfaces with 1,700 pounds of uniform pressure per square foot. Excellent results with difficult veneers like burls and crotches. Includes a 54'' by 54'' industrial vinyl bag with heat welded seams and a heavy duty diaphragm pump.

Designed to provide a dependable and efficient method of veneering. Operates by evacuating the air from inside the sealed bag, which caused the weight of the atmosphere to press on all the surfaces of the project being pressed. Utilizes a single cylinder diaphragm pump for cool trouble free use. Pump pulls 1 cfm of vacuum and will reach between 24'' - 25'' of HG at sea level, applying up to 1700 lbs. of pressure per square foot. The pump unit designed to run continuously throughout the entire pressing process without overheating. The flexible 20 mil vinyl vacuum bag is capable of conforming to any shape and withstanding constant use.
