Olson All Pro Band Saw Blades - Custom Sizes

Have an old or offbeat saw with an odd blade length? No problem. Now you can get high-performance Olson Band Saw Blades welded to any length you want. Choose from 1/8" width all the way up to 1" width! Cut thin stock and intricate scrollwork with the narrow width blades. Resaw your lumber into thin boards or veneers with the wide blades. These blades contain pin-point carbides, molybdenum, nickel, chrome and silicon to ensure maximum durability and easy cutting. Blades are sold by the linear inch. Minimum length – 72". Maximum length – 200".

1/8" Wide Band Saw Blade

• 1/8" width can cut a 1/4" radius circle!
• Slightly wider than the 3/32" blade for more stability.
• 10 TPI offers a faster cut and a minimum material thickness of 5/16".
• 14 TPI offers a smoother finish and the ability to cut a minimum material thickness of 1/4".

3/16" Wide Band Saw Blade

• 3/16" width can cut a 3/8" radius circle!
• 10 TPI offers a clean finish.
• Minimum material thickness of 5/16".
• Maximum material thickness of 3".
• Regular tooth - excellent chip carrying capacity in narrow bands.

1/4" Wide Band Saw Blade

• 1/4" width can cut a 3/4" radius circle.
• Medium width offers stability for a wide range of cutting applications.
• 6 TPI balances fast cutting with less saw marks.
• Minimum material thickness of 1/2".
• Maximum material thickness of 5".
• Regular tooth - excellent chip carrying capacity in narrow bands.

3/8" Wide Band Saw Blade

• Medium width offers stability for a wide range of cutting applications
• 4 TPI balances fast cutting with less saw marks.
• Skip tooth - excellent chip carrying capacity and aggressive cut.

1/2" Wide Band Saw Blade

5/8" Wide Band Saw Blade

• 5/8" width can cut a 4" radius circle.

1" Wide Band Saw Blade

• 1" width is typically the widest blade for consumer saws, offering maximum stability and beam strength for extremely straight cuts and resawing without “barreling”.
• Thin kerf makes the grueling work easier for your saw and produces less waste.
• 2 TPI will tear through the thickest lumber!
• Hook tooth - excellent chip evacuation in thick wood with a more aggressive feed.

Please read the following information carefully before ordering:

• Most 10'' and 12'' band saws will accept blade widths ranging from 3/32'' to 1/2''. Check your owners manual to be sure about the length and width range.
• Most 14'' band saws with standard guides (steel, plastic or Cool Blocks) will take widths ranging from 3/32'' to 3/4''. However, some 14'' band saws with bearing guides may not accept extremely narrow widths. Check your owners manual to be sure about the correct length and width range.
• 16'', 18'' and 20'' band saws with bearing guides normally take band saw blade widths ranging from 3/16'' to 1'' and wider. Check your owners manual to be sure about the corren lenght and width range.
• Rockler suggest that you replace OEM guides with Cool Blocks for proper performance and extended blade life. Cool Blocks are a must for narrow widths to facilitate accurate scrolling and to prevent tooth damage.
• These blades are intended for vertical 2-wheel band saws ranging from 10'' to 20'' throat (wheel) size.
