Since 1/2'' plywood is always slightly thinner than the nominal thickness, this 15/32'' router bit is intentionally sized just under 1/2'' for routing perfect, gap-free dadoes for 1/2'' sheet goods. You'll have less racking, a better glue surface, and of course, a more attractive joint.
