Aluminum Ice Cream Scoop Turning Kit

If you like to dip your ice cream scoop in hot water between scoops, then you'll find this highly conductive aluminum scoop a time-saving treat. Aluminum conducts heat more quickly than steel, which means a quick dip is enough to warm it, and prevent the ice cream from sticking to the scoop. Turn your own handle for a great gift, or keep it for your own scooping pleasure. Turning blank not included.

Technical Details:

• The Aluminum Ice Cream Scoop Hardware Kit is includes a threaded insert - simply drill a hole in your blank, thread in the insert, and thread the scoop onto the turned handle.
• Constructed of lightweight, conductive aluminum.
• Carefully contoured to create smooth, round scoops of ice cream.
• Turning blank not included.
• The minimum blank size we recommend is 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 6", in a strong hardwood such as maple, cherry, walnut, oak, or yellow birch. Of the imported hardwoods bubinga, purpleheart, gongola alves and cocobolo make wonderful handles.
• NOTE: This product is hand wash only; do not recommend using dishwasher.
