I have been looking for a good door opener/closer. I got this one & was able to install it in one morning with no trouble. The directions are clear & simple, the power is good (I did have to increase the force from the factory setting, but that also was easy) and the electric strike works well. The strike mounts deeply into the door frame, so I drilled 2 holes top & bottom to the proper depth & chiseled the rest. My wife can now get in & out much easier in her wheelchair.

It was a little awkward to install on my faucet arrangement, and it took a little work to get the wires into a reasonably neat arrangement. But it worked as advertised when someone used excessive water when mopping in the area. It is the least expensive automatic shutoff valve that I have been able find.

I originally passed this up because of the price but came back to it when other fans either weren't large enough or were noisey. It is worth the price. This is extremely quiet and works great. I needed ventilation for a wine cooler I was building into a cabinet. It is doing a great job.

I was a little skeptical before buying this, having bought and returned a different electronic doorbell, but I am really happy with this door chime. It has all sorts of built in sounds but I like recording my own. With a little practice I got excellent results just using the built in microphone. Hold it up close about 6" to a speaker and press and hold record. Results came out better than I even expected. I have it playing one of my wife's favorite Elvis songs. The kids got a kick out of it at Halloween. Easy to install, just 2 wires - hard to mess it up. It has a separate wall plate and the main unit has a quick disconnect / connect feature whcih makes it very easy to take off the wall and record something else. Well thought out design.

Purchased the motorized drapery controller and mounted to the wall as directed. The motor spin and the pull cord for the drapery was slipping, when adjusted the tension on the motor, it stalled, removed the tension and it would not pull the drapery open or close. Max pull weight for the drapery is around 60 lbs. I give the motor a thumb down.

1. This unit is heavy. I was able to assemble it completely on my own but a second hand would have been nice. I have a custom made bench for it as you can see in the pictures. The bed weighs over 60 lbs itself and was quite the challenge to get it up the without using the table itself as a lifting point, but as you can see it can be done. The gantry weighs about 35 lbs but it very awkward to move easily. I was worried about damaging it and the mounts so my solution was to lay down a thick piece of cardboard on the table. I then took a small aluminum 2 ton car jack and placed it on the bed. I moved the gantry motor carriage to the middle to set the side to side balance evenly. I then raised the jack up to...
