First Time I have used a sprayer and it works great. Key is mixing the paint and get the correct viscocity . I used latex and also added Floetrol and then strained the paint to get any lumps out Do not put the coats on thick better to put on a thin uniform coat and then a second coat etc Very surprised how smooth the finish is I am guessing part of that maybe the Floetrol. Much better then brushing Sorry I hadn't purchased on of these years ago enjoy

Review 1 of 33:
I have been building mantle/wall clocks for friends and family. A local gift shop owner saw one of my walnut clocks and wanted me to start building some for her shop. The back of the clock is 1/8" wood with a mirror mounted on the inside. I was using small wood screws to attach the back. If you switched from wall to mantle, you would take the screws out, slide the clock and base out, turn it over and insert. I wanted to make the clocks "customer friendly" so I used some round magnets & washers from Rocklers and it works perfect. I drilled a 1/8" in to the back of sides of the clock the depth of the wood & magnet. I then routed down 1/8" over the hole so the wood was flush leaving a hole the right depth for the round magnet to fit into. On both...

Review 1 of 21:
After three other failed attempts on a toy box closer, I finally got one that worked. The problem was that I had to clear 1 1/2 inches from the hinge on the back wall due to the way I did the trim. Other closers are made for 3/4 inch and would either bind on themselves or not allow the lid to fully open. This was a fairly heavy lid of 3/4 plywood with on 1 1/2 oak trim around the edge. Two closers worked perfectly.

Review 1 of 17:
I purchased one of these kits about a little over a year ago for my wife for Christmas. Well, I finally got around to putting it together and it looks GREAT! First off, it was very easy to assemble. To begin, I finish sanded all the parts with a Fine sands sponge, mainly just to get the planer marks out of the parts. Then I glued a short side and long side at the mitre, clamped it together with a square, and then let it dry that way you’ll know it is square. Repeat for the other sides. To assemble to two side parts together I just used a rubber band clamp and worked great. To finish the box, I put about 6 coats of Minwax Polyurethane Gloss from the spray cans on it. Inside I bought the sticky back velvet from Rockler and that works...
